Wedding Services

I create beautiful arrangements and curated flower experiences. I believe wedding flower planning should be stress-free and understand that stress-free looks different for everyone.

The process goes like this. You send an inquiry. I send you a questionnaire for you to fill out and send back. Then, I get back to you with a quote and contract. When you’re happy with the quote we secure your date with a non-refundable 20% deposit, and then we start planning. We’ll spend time figuring out your colors, your mood board, drawing sketches for installations, and making the key items on your list come true. The original contract and proposal can be expanded as we dial-in planning along the way. One month before your wedding, we check the final contract, verify payment, and I place orders with the market and local farmers.  Then the week of your wedding comes. I start arranging your flowers, get them setup at your venue, and deliver your bridal bouquet in all its glory. Your wedding is a stunner and two months later we message each other gushing over your photo gallery.

Some non-traditional options for your wedding week include coming with me to the market, opting for a guided DIY day, and foraging for local greenery. Those are great options that allow you to save some money while also creating unique experiences. If those hands-on options don’t fit your style or feel anxiety inducing, you can choose to let me have creative freedom and I’ll make sure your day is dream-worthy.

For more detailed information, please see the Pricing Breakdown section below. Package Ranges $2,000 – $15,000

Are you having a tiny ceremony on a mountainside, on the lake, or in your parents backyard and want a bridal bouquet, boutonniere, and some flowers for the dinner table? This is for you. With the mini-mony package, the inquiry, questionnaire, quote, contract process is the same as the general wedding package. After payment and the contract is signed, we choose your colors and set the mood board. Then, I use that plan to create a stunning bouquet and some centerpieces. There’s an option for swapping the centerpieces for a ground garland. You can use this as a flower circle for your vows and then reuse it on your dinner table.

I recommend this package if you have fewer than 15-20 people at the dinner after your ceremony.  This package is for pickup only and is not available for a guided DIY day. Depending on my availability, this package can be planned in as little as one week in advance.

Package Price $1,500

The Everlasting Elopement package is my way of providing à la carte items for your wedding flowers. You can choose whatever you need from the list below.   These arrangements are made with love from high-quality silk and dried flowers that can be transported in your trunk or on a plane! This package has the option of being mailed to you.

Don’t worry, these aren’t your grandmother’s fake flowers, they are truly beautiful with incredible texture and color depth. Pre-2020, I would have offered this option with fresh flowers delivered from an online wholesale company. However, with farming issues, unpredictable weather, and deliveries not showing up, I’ve learned the hard way that I simply can’t guarantee that online deliveries will arrive on time, or at all. This is why I have switched to everlasting arrangements and all their additional benefits.

I recommend this package if you are planning a destination wedding or elopement where you are worried about coordinating with a local florist or are restricted by state/national parks strict invasive plant requirements. Or, if you are having a smaller wedding now with a larger wedding in the future. There is no shortage of benefits to the everlasting option.

One way to save money and create a unique experience for your wedding is by having a guided DIY day.

How a guided DIY Day works:

  • Volunteer a minimum of four trusty people that are ready to learn and work with flowers
  • I will guide these helpers through making these pieces while maintaining a high level of quality control
  • Things we can accomplish in a day include, but are not limited to buttonholes, flower crowns, centerpieces or bud vases, and an arch piece
My experience from working with guided DIY days is that there is always an incredible energy in the air. Helpers are simply just so excited to contribute to your day in a creative way while not being stressed that what they create won’t be good enough. In my experience, one DIY day can be substituted for two normal work days.

Who do I recommend volunteering for your guided DIY day? You probably know intuitively! If you want it to be you and your bridal party, then let’s do it together! If you and your bridal party want to spend the day pampering, then volunteer your mom and some of her friends! That’s perfect, too! If the groom wants some hands-on flowers time, let’s do it. I taught my husband, his groomsmen, and cousins how to make our centerpieces and they turned out great! Basically, it boils down to who you think will enjoy the experience while also being responsible through the day. Remember, I’m a florist and educator, not a babysitter.

Typical savings for hosting a guided DIY day are about $400.

Another way to save on wedding costs is by choosing to forage local greenery instead of buying imported/farmed greenery. Foraged greenery is going to look like White Pine, Larch, and other various firs/pines/ferns/grasses instead of the typically seen silver dollar or seeded eucalyptus. It’s a little different but it’s a great way to bring in local and seasonal flair to your curated arrangements.

Depending on budget, you can opt to include foraged greenery in one of two ways:

  • Have me forage the greenery and textures
  • Download my foraging guidelines and take a walk with your friends!
$200 at the flower market gets you about 10 bunches of eucalyptus (enough for a 5 foot garland) or about 10 bunches of flowers. I know Pinterest says a greenery wedding is cheap, but that’s just not true if you still have to buy it! Typically, each stem of greenery costs the same as a typical flower stem. So, a great way to make sure you’re spending money on flowers instead of filler/greenery is by choosing to forage for some of your greens.
